Information and Lunch Order Form for Panelists and Moderators
The NMHE Fall Conference is an all-day event and will include four topic panel areas; each panel is 1.5 hours long and will cover the following topics:
Alternative Care Models
Population Health Management: Justice, Access, and Financial Implications
Disruptive Innovation
Building Quality Care
The general format will be to have 2-3 panelists on each topic and 1 moderator:
Moderator: Introduce the topic and each of the presenters
Each panelist will provide an overview from the perspective of their own professional experience and current role in health care.
The Last half of the session will be a moderated panel discussion and will involve both preselected and general audience questions.
Breakfast, Lunch, and afternoon break snacks will be provided:
Italian Buffet for lunch - will include a vegetarian option
Panera will cater breakfast and afternoon snacks
For attendees who are needing ACHE Category I credit, a sign-in sheet will be circulated during each panel. A panel evaluation survey will also be circulated.
