About the 2021 Program: Advancing Diverse Executives

Research suggests that improved diversity and inclusion in healthcare leadership results in more equitable healthcare outcomes for all communities. Since 2014, the Thomas C. Dolan Executive Diversity Program (EDP) has offered specialized leadership development for diverse leaders.

In 2021, the program is expanded with addition of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP).  This new component is designed for diverse mid-careerists to support them in advancing in their careers.
